Right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a physical medium

Consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly attributable neither to his commercial nor his independent professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. For this purpose, you may use the enclosed model revocation form, which, however, is not mandatory.To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we must repay you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.

Early expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely with the beginning of the performance of the contract

• in contracts for the provision of digital content free of charge.
• in contracts for the provision of digital content for which the payment of a price is provided for, provided that you have expressly agreed that the performance of the contract will begin before the expiry of the revocation period and you have received a confirmation of your consent and knowledge of the premature expiry of the right of revocation right on a durable medium.
